Please note that we have a no-refund policy for all fresh flower products. Changes to your order must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Due to the nature of floral products, same-day changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

 Valentine's Day occurs during the cold winter season, so we advise taking extra care when transporting your flowers to prevent any damage. For local deliveries, we ensure flowers are transported with care to maintain their freshness. We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during custom transportation once the flowers leave our shop.

To enjoy your flowers for as long as possible, follow these simple aftercare tips:

1. Water: Keep your flowers hydrated! Change the water in the vase every 1-2 days and ensure the vase is cleaned to prevent bacteria growth.
2. Trimming Stems: Re-trim flower stems at a 45-degree angle every time you change the water to allow for better water absorption.
3. Placement: Keep your flowers in a cool, shaded spot, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or cold drafts.
4. Remove Wilted Flowers: Regularly remove any wilting or drooping flowers and leaves to maintain freshness and prevent bacterial growth.
   

Reviving Wilted Flowers:
If your flowers start to wilt quickly, try these tips to bring them back to life:

• Boiling Water Method: This method works wonders for flowers with woody or straw-like stems, such as roses and dahlias. Place it in boiling water for 5-10 seconds and cut the bottom of the stem at a 45-degree angle. Immediately transfer the stem to a vase with room-temperature water. This can help improve water absorption and revive drooping blooms.
• Ice Bath: Place wilted flowers in a bowl of cold water, fully submerging the blooms (if possible) for about 30-60 minutes. This works particularly well for hydrangeas.
• Misting: Lightly mist the petals and leaves with water to keep them hydrated, especially in dry or warm conditions.
• Trim Again: Re-trim the stems and remove any submerged leaves to prevent bacteria growth and improve water absorption.
