Olivia's Garden Refund Policy
At Olivia's Garden, we are dedicated to delivering only the highest quality flowers and floral arrangements. However, due to the naturally perishable nature of our products and various external factors affecting their condition post-purchase, all sales are final. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Perishable Nature and Final Sale
- Inherent Perishability: Flowers and floral arrangements are inherently perishable and delicate. Once they leave our premises, conditions beyond our control can affect their quality.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any floral products, including fresh cut flowers, arrangements, potted plants, or any other perishable items.
2. Quality Assurance Prior to Dispatch
- Inspection: Each product is thoroughly inspected and guaranteed to be in excellent condition at the time of delivery or pickup.

Verification Requirement: Customers must carefully review and verify all order details before finalizing their purchase.
- Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the order details are correct and that you accept the final, non-refundable nature of the transaction.
4. Transportation and Environmental Damages
- Third-Party Handling: Products may be delivered by third-party couriers, and Olivia's Garden is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit.
- Customer Transportation: Once in your possession, any further handling or transportation—including self-transportation or environmental exposure (especially during winter months)—is solely your responsibility.
- All-Risk Disclaimer: Olivia's Garden is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or deterioration of products due to factors beyond our control, including transit issues, weather conditions, or improper storage by the customer.
5. Damages Report and Resolution
- Immediate Reporting: If you notice any damage upon receipt of your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Limited Resolution: While we will review any reported issues, any resolution—if offered—will be at our sole discretion and limited to a replacement only if the damage is directly attributable to a failure on our part. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided.
6. Change of Mind or Personal Taste
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: If you change your mind after placing an order or if personal taste preferences differ from the product received, please note that we cannot issue refunds.
- Finality of Order: All orders are considered final once confirmed, regardless of any subsequent changes in preference.
7. Order Changes
- Modification Deadline: Order modifications made fewer than two days before the scheduled delivery for gifts or gift baskets will be processed for delivery without refunds.
- Holiday Exception: During holiday periods, modifications must be made at least seven days in advance.
- Accommodations: While we will try our best to accommodate modifications outside these time frames, we cannot guarantee changes or issue refunds in such cases. Please call us if you require adjustments.
8. Not as Described & Substitutions
- Design Consistency: The overall theme and style of our arrangements are represented by the photographs provided. In order to maintain the intended aesthetic and emotional impact, our designers may make reasonable substitutions of flower varieties, container types, or colors based on availability and season.
- Value Assurance: Any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value than what was originally shown.
- Acceptance of Variations: By purchasing, you agree that minor variations in design or components are acceptable and will not be grounds for refunds.
9. No Exceptions
- Comprehensive Disclaimer: This policy is intended to cover all aspects of post-purchase issues. Olivia's Garden expressly disclaims responsibility for any circumstances that might negatively impact the product after the point of sale or delivery.
- Final Agreement: By purchasing from Olivia's Garden, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances and that all risks associated with product handling post-sale are assumed by you.
