Workshop Policy

By purchasing a ticket for the Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Cancellations or Refunds: All workshop purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop start time. We may offer a reschedule option, subject to availability, but this is not guaranteed. Rescheduling requests made after this period will not be accepted. We allow a maximum of three (3) reschedules per group or individual, after which no further changes will be accommodated.

Workshop Schedule & Attendance: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, unless we explicitly state otherwise or notify participants in advance, all workshops will proceed as scheduled.

Guest Responsibility: Please ensure you arrive on time and are prepared to participate fully in the workshop, as we cannot accommodate late arrivals with additional time or refunds.

No Refunds for Early Departure: If, for any reason beyond our control, the workshop is interrupted or you need to leave early, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
